Our SDS 14” X 18” Series automated carousel type blister sealing machines are ideal for high volume or JIT production. Given the proper conditions these machines are capable of up to 18 cycles per minute in production.
The SDS Series automated carousel blister sealing machines are built with the capability to feed blister(s), blister card(s) and discharge finished packages when proper tooling is installed. With nine (9) open loading stations for a 16 station carousel and 13 open lading stations for a 20 station carousel these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package. These units are also available in 18” X 24”. Machines with larger sealing areas and different numbers of stations are also available and quoted on request.
