Our ESDSC Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements. These sealers may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using Tyvek, foils and other heat sealable lid stock. The ESDSC Series units are available in four (4), six (6) and eight (8) station designs. Models are available in standard sealing areas of 18 x 22 inches, 18 x 24, 24 X 30 inches and 24 x 36 inches. Larger & custom size sealing areas are available on request. The standard sealers features one sealing station with the remaining stations used for loading / unloading of the products.
The ESDSC Series rotary heat sealers are designed to include an optional automatic card feeding system and automatic package discharge system. Our modular plug and play type design allows these units to be added to existing ESDSC Series machines at any time. Machines can be ordered without these options when lower production rates are needed. As production requirement increase these options can be user installed to provide increased productivity.
