customers,
we are
offering
trade in and
trade up
programs. We
are also

purchase
used Visual
machines,
refurbishing
these
machines and
offering for
resale.
Visual
Packaging
Group is
moving to
America.
April
2005: To
service and
support our
customers we
have moved
our main
production
facility to
the central
US in the
Dallas,
Texas area.
Our
38,000sqft
facility is
conveniently
located near
DFW
International
airport. We
can reach
almost
anywhere in
US within a
few hours.
Our Canadian
customers
will
continued to
be serviced
from our
facilities
in Montreal
and Toronto.

rights to

Company have
been
acquired by
Visual
Packaging
Group, Inc.
Visual will
be offering

acquired by
Visual
Packaging
Group, Inc.

the purchase
of the
assets and
inventory of

Packaging
Systems,
Inc. by new
investors.
Visual's
President,
Adam Kamal,
projects
that the new
company will
achieve
